Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with TB Performance.
Order processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, production timelines, shipping carrier performance, weekends, holidays, and order volume.
Some TB Performance apparel items may be produced through print-on-demand or third-party fulfillment partners. Because of this, certain orders may take longer to process and deliver than standard ready-to-ship inventory.
Estimated delivery times may vary, but customers should allow approximately 2–6 weeks from the time of order for certain apparel items to arrive. Some orders may arrive sooner depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment status.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. TB Performance is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but has not been received, the customer should first contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation. TB Performance will review delivery issues when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
