Return and Refund Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition received. Items must include any original tags, packaging, or product materials when applicable.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, stains, or use may be rejected and returned to the customer.


For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist.
